A Senior Move Manager oversees all aspects of the Elder's move from planning to putting paintings on the wall in the Elder's new space.
A senior move manager is a professional who specializes in assisting older adults and their families with the emotional, logistical and physical aspects of relocation to a higher level of care or "aging in place".
New Leaf's Senior Move Managers do not provide medical or personal care to the Elder client during the move process. We are not LVNs, RNs or medically licensed in any way. We are not associated with any health insurance companies or public health programs. New Leaf Concierge is not a medical home care service. We can refer you to or assist you to find the best services or providers for your Elderly loved one through our referral network.
ABOUT OUR SERVICES
We serve primarily the Dallas and Collin county areas of the metroplex. Most of our clients are in north Dallas, Richardson and Plano. However, if our schedule allows we’ll consider work outside of this catchment; a mileage charge may come into play. Just contact us and ask!
We charge a flat hourly rate of $43. However we have many monthly and specialty plans where our hourly rate is cheaper – the more hours you purchase the more affordable the hourly rate becomes. Any extra time beyond your plan is charged in 15-minute increments. However we’ll call you beforehand to discuss this with you.

New Leaf Concierge is generally available Monday through Sunday 8am to 6pm. Some of our busiest times are evenings, weekends and holidays. We know tasks crop up at any time and when you least expect it or are prepared for it. Generally, a 24-hour notice is preferred on all requests. For larger or more complex projects a longer lead-time is recommended or may be necessary. We will do our best to accommodate you in an emergency on a case-by-case basis as our schedule allows. We have a complimentary phone or in-person consultation where we can discuss your needs in detail.
Sarah Saunders and her support staff primarily provide new Leaf services. Depending on the task or project assigned she may rely on the insight, knowledge or advice of a network of partners. Where appropriate, Sarah will work in tandem with these experts or professionals or she will refer you to them
New Leaf Concierge Service is fully bonded and insured. Our goal is to prove our reliability every time we work for you. Please check out our testimonials here or ask for a list of references. We also can provide a copy of a background check.
All work we perform for you or information you provide us with is kept in the strictest of confidence. You can trust us with the most delicate of matters. Some examples of our discretion are discussed here in previous jobs.

So we offer pricing packages that give you the opportunity to purchase greater amounts of time at progressively lower hourly rates. The hours you purchase never expire, so go ahead and create a good deal! Plus, the more regularly you turn to New Leaf the greater your savings, benefits and free time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express online from our Pricing page. We also accept checks and cash after our services have been performed.
